INSE Bay is the latest Woodgreen development at Laytown, Co Meath, which comes on the market this weekend through joint selling agents McPeake Auctioneers and Sullivan Estate Agents.
A total of 87 three, four and five-bedroom houses will be on offer, with prices starting at £98,950 When the scheme is completed in three years time, there will be 370 houses on the 58 acre site.
The location across the coast road from the beach where the famous Laytown races are held every year is sure to be a major draw. The agents have already sold about 50 houses off the plans, mostly to people working in Dublin. Commuters have a train station in the village while a car journey to the city centre takes 45 minutes outside of rush hour times. Woodgreen Builders has completed several well-known schemes in the past, including Palatine Square, Arbour Hill and Cross Guns Quay in Dublin. The Inse Bay site is gently graded, allowing a sea view from many of the upper floors. Eight different house styles are on sale and five showhouses will be open this weekend. There are 17 five-bedroom detached, eight four-bedroom detached, six four-bed semis and 56 three-bedroom semis in five different house styles. The sittingroom has double doors to a diningroom, which has doors to the garden. On the other side of the hall, there is a study/family room and a guest cloakroom. The kitchen and utility room are also spacious.
