DUBLIN'S Talbot Street is set for a number of major re-development schemes over the coming year. Bow Street Construction, a company controlled by Mr Joe Linders of Linders Motors, has paid about £1.5 million for a 1.5 acre site. A mixed development, which will include a multi-storey car-park, shopping and apartments, is planned.
