There are six styles of family homes on offer at Burgage Manor, a new lakeside development in Blessington, Co Wicklow.

The 39 houses available in this first phase are for sale through agents and builders Clayborne Properties in Blessington. Prices start from £198,500 (#252,043) for the three-bedroom semi-detached styles.

On completion, there will be a total of 154 houses laid out in cul-de-sacs overlooking green areas. Burgage Manor is a low density development with mature beech trees enhancing the landscaped site.

The 1,143 sq ft three-bedroom semi-detached house has a conservatory or sunroom: prices are from £198,500 (#252,043). A 1,100 sq ft three-bedroom semi-detached dormer bungalow is also on offer for the same price.

The 1,370 sq ft four-bedroom semi-detached house also has a conservatory or sunroom as standard. Prices for this larger house start from £214,000 (#271,724).

These styles account for the bulk of units presently available. Two-bedroom bungalow units will be on sale shortly.

Although 19 miles south west of Dublin city centre, Blessington is convenient to the facilities of South County Dublin and is well served by Dublin Bus. The main bus route to the city passes the Burgage Manor entrance. Access to the M50 motorway is only 15 minutes away at Templeogue. Blessington also offers a range of amenities.
