Although 19 miles south west of Dublin city centre, Blessington is convenient to the facilities of South County Dublin and is well served by Dublin Bus. The main bus route to the city passes the Burgage Manor entrance. Access to the M50 motorway is only 15 minutes away at Templeogue. Blessington also offers a range of amenities.
The Burgage Manor development has some quality finishing touches. All homes have hardwood front doors with stained glass side panels, leaded front windows, and all windows incorporate "trickle vents", eliminating the need for unsightly room vents in the exterior walls.
All houses have lanterns to the front. Open plan front gardens complement the parkland setting, and all gardens are levelled and seeded.
Internal features include ornate coving to hall, living and diningrooms, natural gas central heating, fitted kitchens, feature fireplaces, fitted wardrobes and ornate centrepieces.
