Thirty acres of industrial development land at Ballyclare, north of Belfast, have been brought to the market by Belfast agents, Brown McConnell Clark with a guide price of around £130,000 sterling per acre.
The site is five minutes' drive from the M2 motorway and, the agents say, only a 12-minute drive from the port of Larne. The site has undergone enabling work and drainage and is ready for development. A precursory planning permission exists on part of the land for a 230,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution facility. It is for sale as one or more lots.
