Anois Field Marketing has paid in excess of £400,000 for a former church at Belmont, Stillorgan Road, Co Dublin. Lisney handled the sale of the turn-of-the-century church, which has been unoccupied for the past three years. There is planning permission to use the 2,200 sq ft of floor space for offices.
