McDonalds Restaurants have been refused planning permission for a 95-seater drive-through restaurant at the Superquinn Shopping Centre in Lucan, west Dublin. Forte Travelodge Ireland have had better luck with the planners, securing permission to build an additional 21 bedrooms at their hotel at Navan Road, Castleknock, Dublin 15.
