A modern, 8,000 sq ft office building off St Stephen's Green at Schoolhouse Lane East, Dublin 2, is set to make over £2.8 million (€3.56m) when it is auctioned by DTZ Sherry FitzGerald on May 16th.

The building is located opposite the multi-storey car-park on Schoolhouse Lane and is owned by Hibernian Investment Managers. Declan O'Reilly of the selling agents says it would be ideal for a range of professional practices.
