Finnegan Menton expects to secure more than £450,000 for a retail and office investment at 58 Upper Grand Canal Street, Dublin 4. The three-storey building dates from the 1980s and is producing rents of £33,000 from two tenants, Video Quest and the Cunningham Group. With small investments on the scarce side at the moment, there is likely to be strong interest in the building because of its superb location and rental prospects. It goes to auction on April 6th.
