A redevelopment site of 1.5 acres with zoning for a commercial and residential scheme in Naas town centre is expected to make in the region of £2 million when it is sold by tender on March 14th through Jordan Town & Country Estate agents. The property is to be sold in two lots, the former Tutty's Shoe store on about half an acre, and an adjoining site of one acre. It is likely to be used for up to 45 apartments with retail units on the ground floor.
