A franchisee for kitchenware retailer Christians has leased a newly created retail showroom at the Setanta Centre in Nassau Street, Dublin 2. The UK-based company will be paying a rent of £57,000 for the 2,147 sq ft unit, one of two new shops created by Green Property since it acquired the Setanta Centre. The second shop is occupied by Celtic Note. Jones Lang LaSalle, which handled the letting, has also leased a 20,000 sq ft retail warehouse to Aramount Furniture at Fonthill Retail Park, near the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. Aramount will be paying a rent of £13.50 per sq ft for the unit, its third in Ireland.
