Highly competitive prices should attract plenty of house-hunters out to Navan this weekend when a new development launches off the plans. Millbrook is a new scheme of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in the Johnstown area with prices starting from £102,995.
Thirty houses are being launched from plans at preconstruction prices through selling agents Ross McParland in Swords. Show homes are due to open in April but purchasers will be able to reserve their home site now for completion later this year. There are four different house types available, two and three-bedroom terraced houses for first-time buyers and four and five-bedroom detached houses for families. On completion, Millbrook will comprise 124 houses.
The two-bedroom terraced houses have 800 sq ft of space with prices starting from £102,995, and the 1,060 sq ft three-bedroom end of terrace houses start from £124,995. The family homes are generously proportioned with 1,540 sq ft of space in the detached four-bed houses at £174,995; the five-bed has 2,150 sq ft with prices from £224,995.
This new Hollioake Homes' scheme is located off the main Dublin Road just before Navan town on over eight acres of parkland. Bus Eireann operates frequent bus services to Dublin city centre for commuters and the road infrastructure has also been upgraded over the last few years.
The parkland at the entrance to Millbrook will be one of the most attractive features of this scheme, and a management company will maintain this green area.
Hollioake Homes developed an apartment complex at the front of Millbrook last year. The 72 two and three-bedroom duplex apartments set in seven three-storey blocks sold out last summer.
The plans for Millbrook are available for viewing at Ross McParland in Swords. John V Farrelly of Navan is the joint selling agent.
