YET another new estate agency firm has opened its doors, this time in Ranelagh village. King Associates has opened shop on The Triangle, hoping for a slice of the lucrative business in Dublin 6.

The partners here are Gerry King, a former director Mason Estates and David Menton who previously worked at Hooke MacDonald, the new homes specialists.

“Business is already reasonably good, and we see it growing,” says King. “This is not the first property downturn we have worked through and our experience tells us now that both buyers and sellers are adjusting to this new reality and activity is returning to the market.
