NAMA’S WEBSITE is due to unveil a new user-friendly listing of its €1 billion worth of enforced properties within days, according to a spokesperson.
The newly designed listing will allow users to search for a Nama property by location and property type and to access brochures, where they are available. The site will also link users to sales agents websites.
Currently Nama properties, which are updated on a monthly basis, are listed online static pages.
The properties listed include agricultural land, residential units and commercial buildings.
Not all of the properties listed on the new website are for sale.
Nama spokesman Ray Gordon says the new website is a step forward given that “last year it was a breakthrough just to get a list of the properties. Ultimately everything will be for sale. Some are not currently for sale because there are issues that need to be dealt.”
