Four-bedroom homes go on sale for the first time at Castlegrange, in Castaheany, Dublin 15.

EP Lynam and La Vista's scheme of houses near Blanchardstown in north-west Dublin launched earlier this year and was popular with first time buyers. Over 150 houses have been sold to date.

This launch by EP Lynam sees the introduction of four-bedroom houses for the first time. Two and three-bedroom houses are also for sale.

Selling agent Sherry Fitz-Gerald will be taking bookings at show houses on site this weekend.

Prices at Castlegrange start at €355,000 for two-bedroom townhouse with 75sq m (807sq ft) of living space.

Three-bedroom houses of 96sq m (1,018sq ft) start at €389,000. Three-storey four-bedroom houses with 126m sq (1,360sq ft) are priced from €425,000.

Standard features at Castlegrange include Nolan fitted kitchens, good quality fitted wardrobes and Rocca tiling in kitchens and bathrooms.

Designed for family living, all house styles have spacious kitchen, living and dining areas and guest toilet and a utility off the kitchen.
