Arklow: from €335,000A development of 18 three-bedroom semi-detached houses costing from €330,000 in a new scheme in Arklow, Co Wicklow, go on sale this week. A showhouse will be on view this weekend at the launch of Emyvale at Ballyraine Upr by Sherry FitzGerald Myles Doyle.

The scheme, located on the west of Arklow and in walking distance from the town centre, will comprise 79 homes when complete. Three-bedroom houses at Emyvale of 99-100sq m (1,062-1,076sq ft) will cost up to €335,000. Fit-out at Emyvale will include hardwood front doors, good quality fitted kitchens, choice of fireplaces and fitted wardrobes.

Dublin, 45 miles away, is in commuting distance. Emyvale is being developed by Kieran Mellon Building Contractors, a local developer whose previous schemes in Arklow include Glenart Drive, Ballyraine Court and Ashfield.
