Already attracting lots of interest in Clontarf, Dublin 3 is Carolina at 136 St Lawrence Road. In Celbridge, Co Kildare, a final phase of three and four-bedroom houses is being launched at a scheme called Hazelwood. For sale through Coonan Real Estate Alliance, prices start at €237,000 for three-bed houses. Larger four-bed homes cost from €255,000. The houses have a B1 energy rating and are a 10-minute walk from Hazelhatch train station .
