ONE of the three-storey tall houses at Prince of Wales Terrace, behind the Merrion Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 has just come on the market through Sherry FitzGerald, asking €795,000. Number 7 is in the middle of the terrace, and has valuable off street parking as well as a good back garden. Living space of approximately 175sq m (1,880sq ft) includes a large open-plan livingroom/diningroom and kitchen, a drawingroom and three bedrooms.

IN DONNYBROOK, off Marlborough Road, Carlisle Avenue is a square of houses overlooking a communal garden. Number 6 is new to the market through Lisney asking €695,000. The 117sq m (1,260sq ft) house needs updating, according to the agent. It’s a four-bedroom house with a traditional layout including two reception rooms, and the kitchen at the back with access to the small back garden.

IN Blackrock village, Lisney is also asking €695,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached house in a popular location at 2 Maretimo Villas off Newtown Avenue. The semi-detached four-bedroom house has 138sq m (1,485sq ft) of space, and a 40ft sunny back garden to the rear. It’s a well-maintained house, with some retro charm in in its high mahogany and tiled fireplaces, but it now needs a revamp. There is room for one car in the driveway.
