ONE of the three-storey tall houses at Prince of Wales Terrace, behind the Merrion Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 has just come on the market through Sherry FitzGerald, asking €795,000. Number 7 is in the middle of the terrace, and has valuable off street parking as well as a good back garden.
