RATHGAR: €1.1M:LARGE PERIOD houses in need of renovation were once considered tremendous investments – when the property bubble was swelling, well-located houses in need of a total revamp were snapped up often by novice developers or small builders, quickly renovated and then put back on the market for a sizable profit.
