Only weeks after opening its first store at South Moulton Street in London, the Northern Ireland-based ladies fashion designer Ramsey is also trading in Dublin's Wicklow Street. Ramsey has paid a premium of around £230,000 (292,039) for the leasehold interest in the former Kidcool premises at 16 Wicklow Street. It will have the use of 2,820 sq ft on five floors at a rent of £65,000 (82,533).
