OASIS, the fashion multiple, is to rent one of the last remaining stores at Cruises Street in Limerick. The company will be paying a rent of £37,500 for the 1,000-square-foot unit, which is not located in the tax designated part of the street. Oasis has stores in St Stephen's Green and Nassau Street in Dublin and Henry Street in Cork.
Oasis was represented by Colliers Jackson-Stops (CJS), while Hamilton Osborne King acted for the landlords.
One of CJS's clients, American Express, has taken 2,000 square feet of offices over the Habitat store on St Stephen's Green. Another client, International Translations and Publishing, has leased 7,000 square feet of offices at the Royal House in Bray, bringing its space in the town to 20,000 square feet.
