Agents Lisney have pre-let a 23,000 sq. ft office building at Clarendon Dock in the Laganside area of Belfast for a rental of over £10 sterling per sq. ft. The five-storey building, developed by Fortwilliam Estates, has been let to an international business centre operator, Regus, which expects to take possession in the autumn. There are 50 parking spaces on site. The Regus building is one of the last developments in Clarendon Dock which, along with much of the rest of the Laganside office development sites, is nearing completion.
