Co Kildare: from €204,950 Launched this week, Strawbridge at Chambers Park, Kilcock, Co Kildare will have its own creche and play area, thus saving many working parents the stress of a double commute with tired children.
A total of 150 houses and apartments go on sale today, with two-bed apartments starting at €204,950, and two and three-bedroom houses costing from €229,950. Joint selling agents are Hamilton Osborne King and Construction Property Services Ltd (CPS).
The 28 apartments are being sold off plans. All have terraces or balconies overlooking a green area.
When complete, the development will consist of just over 300 homes in a mix of terraced houses and apartments. Designed by Group Design Architects, there are eight different house styles, depending on size, location, facade and room arrangement. Many houses have a full redbrick elevation and square bay windows in pine. All homes feature wall tiling in kitchen and bathrooms, an en suite main bedroom, wardrobes in all bedrooms and a timber deck area in the rear garden. Each house has a private railed front garden with a parking bay.
The two-beds have between 70.6sq m (760sq ft) and 78.9sq m (850sq ft) of living space and are priced from €229,950. Three-bedroom houses vary in size between 89sq m (959sq ft) and 98.9sq m (1,065sq ft) and are priced from €249,950. The accent is on low density with most homes overlooking a green open space.
Three bedroom house types include the choice of a front-facing kitchen, or an unusual arrangement which places the diningroom and livingroom on either side of the kitchen, creating one living space.
