MORE NEW kids on the block. Though still relatively young, Conor O’Gallagher (pictured) and Colm Byrne have considerable experience in the property industry and they are setting up a new venture, Guardian Property Asset Management.

Conor previously worked in the Sherry FitzGerald Group where he was a new homes director for nearly 10 years. He was also actively involved in the acquisition of the Marsh Parsons estate agency chain in London where he worked for over two years.

Colm Byrne previously worked with Sherry FitzGerald, Menolly Homes and Temple Construction where he was responsible for overseeing development projects and acquisitions. Guardian Property is involved in letting and management of residential properties with over €50 million under management. It also has a sales division, and is searching for properties in the Dublin area (guardianproperty.ie).
