CB RICHARD ELLIS has announced a number of promotions in the firm - five at associate director level and four at senior surveyor level.

The  appointments are: Daniel Hammersley (associate director), Ian Wardle (associate director), Cliodhna Quinlivan (associate director), Guy Hollis (managing director), Natalie Brennan (associate director) and Paddy Conlon (associate director), Anne-Marie O'Byrne (senior surveyor), Darren Nugent (senior surveyor), and Gemma Gallagher (senior surveyor). Caroline Halton has also been appointed a senior surveyor. This brings the number of directors and associate directors at the firm to 42 and the number of senior surveyors to 15.
