The latest phase of Aphrodite Hills, an upmarket low density golf/leisure resort close to Paphos airport, is Theseus Village, a mixed development of 121 villas, townhouses and apartments that will be completed by June 2007.

Apartments range in price from £178,000CYP (€305,655) for one-beds up to over £300,000CYP (€515,137) for three-beds. Two and three-bedroom townhouses cost in the region of £480,000CYP (€824,355) and villas from over £580,000CYP (€996,439).

Ground floor apartments open directly into landscaped gardens, and upstairs apartments have balconies or private courtyards. Townhouses and villas are located on the edge of Randidi Gorge, a beautiful ravine which bisects the development (offering some challenging shots for adventurous golfers).
