Two other Dublin period office buildings were sold last week. Sherry FitzGerald secured £411,000 at auction for a Regency building at 5 Upper Ely Place. All floors are vacant except the basement, which is producing £2,340 per annum. A Georgian office investment at 4 Upper Mount Street was withdrawn at auction at £360,000 and sold later by Lisney. The 2,250 sq ft building is producing £18,500 from three short term lettings.
