DÚN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN

Location: Site on corner of Ballymoss Rd and Carmanhall Rd, Sandyford Industrial Estate, D18. Location: Lands bound by Booterstown Ave, Stillorgan Rd and South Hill Pk, Booterstown, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Mixed use neighbourhood / village centre development comprising 75 dwellings (24 one-bed, 42 two-bed and nine three-bed units) on the first, second and third floors of Blocks A, B, C, D (building one), Block E & F (building two) each ranging in height from three to four storeys. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Saint Patricks Cathedral, Saint Patricks Close, Dublin 8. Proposed development: Permission to carry out the following works to the south gable elevation of the south transept and the south elevations fo the west and east ailes of the south transept.
