DECISION TO GRANT

Location:on a site of 0.23 hectares (0.57 acres) at the Old Tramyard, 15 Castle Street, Dalkey, Co Dublin. Proposed development: demolish existing warehouse (former tram sheds) and associated buildings for 23 apartments and a commercial/retail development in three-storey blocks.
