DECISION TO GRANT

Location:on a site of 0.23 hectares (0.57 acres) at the Old Tramyard, 15 Castle Street, Dalkey, Co Dublin. Proposed development: demolish existing warehouse (former tram sheds) and associated buildings for 23 apartments and a commercial/retail development in three-storey blocks. The development will consist of four one-bedroom apartments and 19 two-bed apartments; commercial/retail space of 149.4sq m (1,608sq ft) and 29 car parking spaces.
