SOUTH DUBLIN

DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Ballynakelly and Newcastle South, Newcastle-Lyons, Co Dublin. Proposed development: residential development of 743 dwellings including a neighbourhood centre and a crèche. Development comprises of 78 two-bedroom houses, 209 three-bedroom houses, 27 four-bedroom houses, 10 five-bedroom houses; five apartment blocks containing seven one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-bedroom apartments, 12 three-bedroom apartments, four two-bedroom duplex units and two three-bedroom duplex units; 57 duplex blocks containing 48 two-bedroom duplex units, 151 three-bedroom duplex units, 52 one-bedroom apartments and 123 two-bedroom apartments.
