Sheelin McSharry Bush Park Ltd has lodged a planning application for a large residential development on a site of 3.1 acres beside Our Lady's School, at Templeogue Road, Dublin 6w. The scheme will have 297 units including 18 two-storey and three-storey homes, 203 two-bedroom and 76 three-bedroom apartments. The company has also sought permission to change the use of the convent building for educational and science and technology enterprises.
