The quaintly titled Poet and Lectern Properties, with an address at City House, Newmarket, Dublin 8, has applied for planning permission for an apartment scheme at Edmondstown Road, Dublin 16.
Envisaged are some 30 apartments in two, three and fourstorey blocks on a 1.65 acre site.
There are to be eight one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom and four three-bedroom apartments with car-parking for 53 cars.
The development is close to the route of the M50 motorway and will have excellent access to the national routes out of Dublin.
According to the planning application, there will be a landscaped deck with revised road layout and new entrance to Edmonstown Road.
The landscaping is to include a new linear park, riverside walkway and pedestrian bridge across the Owendabher River.
