Sales ResultsEstate agents said this week that business was beginning to pick up. Houses that have been lingering on the market are slowly beginning to sell, like 49 Raglan Road, a large Victorian house that was withdrawn from auction in May and has now been sold for over €6 million through Lisney.
Meanwhile in south Dublin, Remax Property Choice sold number 13 Spencer Villas, Glenageary, a five-bedroom period house, at auction for €1.95 million.
Elsewhere, 7 Ardilea Wood, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, a five-bedroom detached house, has been sold for over €3 million through Savills HOK, following its withdrawal from auction last March.
