SalesResults: A large refurbished two-storey over garden level house at Kenilworth Square in Rathgar was one of the few auction successes of the week, selling for €2.725 million under the hammer through Sherry FitzGerald.
Elsewhere in the neighbourhood there were several withdrawals including 57 Kenilworth Square, a large detached house which is now asking €3.85 million having failed to sell at auction through Douglas Newman Good.
The same agent withdrew 54 Kenilworth Park, a five-bedroom semi-detached house after it failed to sell. It is now on the market asking €1.75 million.
