Sales Results:A four-bed redbrick house at 6 Brighton Road, Rathgar, has sold for over €2 million through Douglas Newman Good. The house, which is within walking distance of Rathgar village, comes with a 130ft rear garden with pedestrian access and full planning permission to extend.
Elsewhere, Fairfax, a five-bed house at 57 Kenilworth Park, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6, has sold for over €1.4 million through Douglas Newman Good. The house was withdrawn from auction on October 25th, 2006.
DNG has also sold other properties in D6: 32 Terenure Park went for region €1.5 million and 12 Wilfred Terrace, Harold's Cross, made over €750,000.
Gunne Residential has sold 331 Templeogue Road, Templeogue, D6W, a four-bed detached house, for region €1.45 million. Meanwhile, 29 Lower Churchtown Road, Churchtown, Dublin 14, a three-bed mid-terrace house, sold for region €1.1 million through DNG. DNG also secured €3.35 million at auction for a site with permission for three houses and a mews at Ballyboden Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.
