Lisney's Belfast office has achieved £825,000 sterling for a 14-acre site outside Armagh city, marking a record level for residential development land in the north Armagh area. The site was sold prior to marketing. Damien Mitchell of Lisney said the price reflects the strength of the residential development market in Armagh which has become popular with Belfast commuters. The site is within a mile of Armagh city centre with views of the cathedral spires.
