Red Cow Business Park unit: tenant sought at £105,000 per annum
A private investor has paid £1.2 million for a warehouse and office building at the Red Cow Business Park, off the Naas Road in west Dublin. About half of the floor area of 14,500 sq ft is laid out as offices. The purchase price equates to £80 per sq ft. Douglas Newman Good, which acquired the building for a client, are now seeking a tenant at £105,000 per annum. John Lombard of Morrisseys handled the sale.
