The farm is located on the main Dublin/Ashbourne Road, a short distance from land which has been zoned for industrial development. It is about 10 miles from the city centre. The house, which has three reception rooms and three bedrooms, is in good decorative order. The high-quality lands comprise 40 acres in tillage and the remaining 35 acres are grassland.
