The farm is located on the main Dublin/Ashbourne Road, a short distance from land which has been zoned for industrial development. It is about 10 miles from the city centre. The house, which has three reception rooms and three bedrooms, is in good decorative order. The high-quality lands comprise 40 acres in tillage and the remaining 35 acres are grassland.

Also in North Co Dublin, 20 acres with planning permission for a house and stables at Rolestown, Swords, was withdrawn at £305,000 €387,270) by Ganly Craigie, which is quoting £350,000-plus €444,408-plus).

South Dublin

A three-bedroom bungalow, Trentham, on Nerano Road in Dalkey, was sold prior to auction for over £450,000 €571,382) through Douglas Newman Good.

A one-acre site at Ardeevin Terrace, Ardeevin Road, Dalkey, was sold after auction yesterday for over £270,000 €342,829) by Sherry FitzGerald.

Nearby, Glenrowan on Ardeevin Road, a five-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £600,000 €761,842).

Meanwhile the same agent is seeking £900,000 €1.14m) for a four-bedroom house, Harbourville on Bulloch Harbour in Dalkey following its withdrawal from auction.

Lisney is quoting £1.37m €1.74m) for Niagara Villa, a five-bedroom house at Coliemore Road, Dalkey, after it failed to sell at auction.

Still in Dalkey, a three-bedroom apartment, number 17, Sorrento Heights, was withdrawn at £400,000 €507,895) by Gunne Residential, which is quoting £440,000 €558,684)

In Glasthule, 8 Eden Park, a seven-bedroom house, was sold at auction for £440,000 €558,684) through Sherry FitzGerald.

In D·n Laoghaire, 34b Royal Terrace, a four/five-bedroom detached house, was sold after auction for over £450,000 €571,382) through Douglas Newman Good.

A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 14 Rosmeen Park, D·n Laoghaire, was withdrawn at £300,000 €380,092) and is under negotiation through Lisney.

The same agent is seeking £2m €2.53m) for Aylesbury, a six-bedroom detached house on an acre at Adelaide Road, Glenageary after it failed to sell at auction.

In Blackrock, a Victorian house, Wilton Cottage at 25 Stillorgan Park was withdrawn and sold after auction for over the guide price of £325,000 €412,664) by Sherry FitzGerald.

A 800 sq ft former church premises at George's Avenue, Blackrock, was sold at a Lisney auction for a strong price of £320,000 €406,316). The pre-auction guide price was £130,000 €165,065) .

Lisney secured over the guide price of £380,000 €482,500) for 2 Wilson Crescent, Mount Merrion, a three-bedroom bungalow.

At 86 Trees Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £550,000 €698,355).

In Co Kildare, Mountjoy Lodge on 28 acres at The Curragh was sold at auction for £1m €1.26m) through Colm McEvoy.

The same agent sold a two-bedroom cottage at Springwell Lane, Ballyknockan, Valleymount, at auction for £149,000 €189,190).

A 91-acre non-residential farm at Bishopscourt, Kill, was auctioned in two lots by Brophy Farrell: Lot 1, 14 acres, was withdrawn at £275,000 €349,177) and now available at £350,000 €444,408) while Lot 2, comprising 77 acres, was withdrawn at £800,000 €1.01m).
