International noodle restaurant Wagammama has leased a unit of 3,520 sq ft on the ground floor of St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre in Dublin at a rent of £95,000 per annum. The franchise is the first in the country. Davin and Co acted for the tenant and Jones Lang LaSalle advised the landlords.
