JONES Lang Wootton is to sell two newly-created retail investments in Dublin's International Financial Services Centre. Tenders close on March 15th. The first investment comprises a 910-square-foot store let to Spar at an initial rent of £32,000 per annum. The second lot comprises a separate block of three individual units ranging from 350 to 1,180 square feet and producing a total rent of £55,300. The tenants Wrights of Howth, Munchies Sandwich Bar and the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Shop, occupy the units under 35-year full repairing and insuring leases. Each of the three leases is personally guaranteed.

Both investments benefit from capital allowances equal to 100 per cent of the purchase price. The allowances may be claimed at the rate of 54 per cent in the first year and 4 per cent thereafter.
