Kilmainham: from €255,000: Selling from plans with Bohan Property Consultants are the last 17 units at a new development of two and three-bedroom apartments in Kilmainham, Dublin 8.
Convenience of location will attract first-time buyers to this development on the banks of the Camac River, which is within easy reach of Heuston Station and the Quays and has a Luas stop close by.
Prices start at €255,000 for a one-bed apartment measuring 44 sq m (497 sq ft) on the first floor. A good-sized two-bed apartment, measuring 77 sq m (823 sq ft), on the second floor of the development will cost €345,000. While a very spacious two-bed apartment, measuring 88 sq m (943 sq ft) on the third floor will cost €370,000.
