Lucan from €1.7 million: A small development of 10 five-bedroom detached houses go on show tomorrow in Lucan, Co Dublin. Prices start at €1.7 million, reflecting the prime site and high-spec interiors.

Selling agents French Estates of Leixlip will be taking bookings for the first five 288sq m (3,100sq ft) houses at Hawkridge, on a protected site off the Old Celbridge Road with views over Lucan Golf Club and the Dublin Mountains. Welcan Builders are the developers and Brazil Lohan Architects designed it.
