Royal Liver Assurance is to sell its former offices at 106 Lower George's Street, Dun Laoghaire, and on the ground floor of Hibernian Bank Building, Charlotte Street, Newbridge, Co Kildare. Druker Fanning and Partners are handling both sales. The two-storey Dun Laoghaire building, located opposite Bloomfields Shopping Centre, has 800 sq ft of space at ground-floor level and 300 sq ft upstairs.
There is scope to extend the building into a large rear garden. The Newbridge office has 1,200 sq ft in an impressive period building, which has rear access. The buildings are to be sold by tender on May 7th. The Dun Laoghaire building is expected to make in excess of £225,000 and the Newbridge premises should fetch more than £150,000.
