The Irish Rugby Football Union has no plans to cash in on high house prices by selling off some of the primeproperties it owns beside the Lansdowne Road grounds in Dublin. The union has just lobbed in a planning application to convert two houses on Shelbourne Road from apartments into single units. The houses have been in flats for years and are apparently in rag order. Once refurbished it is planned to let them to two members of the rugby faithful.
