FRANCE:TWO FRENCH sale and leaseback developments - one on the western part of the Côte d'Azur, the other on the Cote d'Argent, near Biarritz/St Jean de Luz - go on show this weekend in the Burlington Hotel, Dublin 4.

At Le Brusc les Plages, a fishing village by the sea about 60kms from Marseille, one to three-bedroom apartments costing from €133,082 to €227,957 in a development 500m from the beach are on offer. The development has facilities that include a swimming pool and spa.

The other development, on the Cote d'Argent, is also near a beach and the seaside town of St Jean de Luz. Here one to three-bedroom apartments are for sale from €160,000 to €254,000 in a development whose amenities include a swimming pool and a children's club. Both developments provide a return of around 4 per cent rental income for 11 years, according to the selling agent, France First.
