The new homes market may be sluggish at the moment, but the sales agents still know how to throw a great party.

If you had trouble contacting Sherry FitzGerald New Homes last weekend the reason is simple. Most of the sales staff were in Portugal to see colleague Jennifer Maguire wed property developer Colm Byrne of Temple Construction. Colm is son of Brendan, a director of the Sherry FitzGerald New Homes Division and a dab hand at reading the new homes market.

Also in Portugal for the celebration were developers Seamus Ross, Joe and Peter Cosgrave, Martin Brown, Tony Murray and Barry and Glen Leddy. With entertainment by Red Hurley and no end of vinho verde, we hear it was just like old times.
