Scottish shoe retailer Schuh is to open its first store in the Dublin at the Jervis Centre. According to Fintan Tierney of Lambert Smith Hampton, which advised Schuh, the trader will occupy almost 5,000 square feet on the first floor close to Debenhams and Champion Sports. Schuh, which specialises in footwear for the 15 to 25 age bracket, will be paying rent of about £130,000 for its new Dublin store. The company has 20 stores in the UK, one in Belfast and plans to open further outlets in the Republic. Hamilton Osborne King is joint letting agent for the centre.
