Kill: from €329,000Three and four-bedroom houses are currently for sale at Embassy Manor, a small scheme of just 43 houses near the Ambassador Hotel in Kill, Co Kildare.
Selling agent Colm McEvoy Auctioneers of Naas will be opening showunits this weekend and the following Wednesday.
The location is an attraction, on the Dublin side of Naas and in a pretty Kildare village that has managed to keep its character.
Kill is just off the N7/M7 and a few minutes' drive from Naas.
Developer Garland Homes has factored in a strong specification at Embassy Manor, with timber windows, gas fireplaces and good quality kitchens and bathrooms among the standard fittings.
Two weeks into the campaign, all but five out of 28 houses for sale in phase one have been sold.
This weekend, the agents are selling off the last five houses in the initial launch and compiling a waiting list for the remaining 15 units. Prices will stay the same, says the agency.
These start at €329,000 for three-bedroom terraced houses of 105 sq m (1,180 sq ft).
End-terraces with three bedrooms and 109 sq m (1,180 sq ft) of space cost from €339,000.
Three-bed semis of 110 sq m (1,180 sq ft) start at €349,000. The largest units are four-bedroom mid-terrace houses with 150 sq m (1,615 sq ft) of accommodation, starting at €400,000.
These houses have a traditional look, with part brick façades and porches over the front door. Heating is by gas and a coal-effect gas fire is included in the asking price. Wardrobes are also standard. Previous developments by Garland Homes include The Old Rectory in Lucan, Moyglare Abbey in Maynooth and Newlands Manor, Clondalkin.
