Located in Stepaside village, The Rectory is set back off the Enniskerry Road. It is within an easy drive of the Luas stop at Sandyford Business Park and the N11. The Dundrum Town Centre is also close by.

Developed by Albany Homes, The Rectory is a relatively small scheme of two matching residential areas, centred around a planted open space.

Specification in The Rectory is good, with hardwood timber windows throughout, recessed lighting in reception rooms and main bedrooms, smart fitted wardrobes, high-quality Nolan fitted kitchens, gas fires and fireplaces included as standard.

Tiling and appliance allowances are given and internal walls will be painted throughout in neutral colours.

There are six three-bedroom semi-detached houses available. The showhouse has the diningroom to the front with archways leading to the kitchen and then through to the livingroom, which has a large window and French doors out to a good-sized garden. A guest toilet completes the downstairs layout.

Upstairs, there is a single and two double rooms. The main bedroom is generous in size, has two windows and an en suite.

With a more traditional layout, the four-bedroom showhouse has a livingroom off an entrance hall. Double doors lead to a dining area, which has French doors out to the garden.

The kitchen has cherry worktops and smart cream high-gloss fitted units.

A utility room has space for a tumble drier and washing machine.

Upstairs, there is a single bedroom and three doubles.

Parking is free and plenty of car-parking spaces are provided for residents and guests. Completions are expected from Christmas onwards.

Previous developments by Albany Homes include Riverbank in Swords, The Orchard in Malahide and Straffan Wood in Maynooth.
