A seven-bedroom detached house off Palmerston Road in Dublin 6, Rosario, at 3 Temple Gardens, has sold at auction for £2.3 million (€2.9m) through Elliott & FitzGerald.

Close by, a two-storey over garden level Victorian house, currently arranged in five units at 84 Palmerston Road, was withdrawn at £700,000 (€888,816) and is under negotiation through Bennetts.

In Rathgar, Coolamona, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 35 Grosvenor Road, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald which is quoting £670,000 (€850,724).

A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 9 Parkmore Drive, Terenure was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £428,000 (€543,450).

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £900,000 (€1.142m) for Warwick House at 1 Warwick Terrace, a five-bedroom Victorian house, following its withdrawal from auction at £820,000 (€1.041m).

Douglas Newman Good is seeking £550,000 (€698,355) for 99 Moyne Road in Ranelagh, a semi-detached house in six units, after it failed to sell at auction.

A four-bedroom mid-terrace house at 2 Charleston Avenue was withdrawn by Lisney yesterday, which is now seeking £395,000 (€501,546).

Elsewhere in Ranelagh, 25 Park Drive, a four-bedroom semi-detached property, was withdrawn by Jackson-Stops, which is quoting in the region of £750,000 (€952,303).

Off the South Circular Road in Dublin 8, a three-bedroom semi-detached period house at 16 Emorville Avenue was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting about £300,000 (€380,921).

South Dublin

In Killiney, a five-bedroom house, Carraig na Mara on Strand Road, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £1.55m (€1.97m).

A one-bedroom cottage at 5 Killiney Hill Cottages, Killiney was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £290,000 (€368,224).

Still in Killiney, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £800,000 (€1.015m) for Gorsefield on Glenalua Road, a five-bedroom detached house on 0.5 acres following its withdrawal from auction.

A four-bedroom mid-terrace house at 8 Breffni Terrace, Sandycove, sold at a Lisney auction for £850,000 (€1.07m).

Still in Sandycove, 5 Summerhill Parade, a four-bedroom villa-style semi-detached house, was withdrawn at £350,000 (€444,408) and is under negotiation through Gunne Residential.

A 600 sq m site with outline planning permission for a house on Silchester Road, Glenageary sold at a Lisney auction for £450,000 (€571,382).

Gunne Residential secured £500,000 (€634,869) under the hammer for 8 Tivoli Terrace North, Dun Laoghaire, a threebedroom double-fronted house.

Also on Tivoli Terrace North, Dun Laoghaire, Lisney sold Teac Muire, a two-bedroom bungalow, at auction for £295,000 (€374,572).

In Monkstown, 5 Richmond Hill, a five-bedroom house on 0.33 acres was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £1.35m (€1.714m).

In Blackrock, a three-bedroom Georgian house, Ard Drum, at 8 Sydney Avenue, was sold at auction for £860,000 (€1.09m) by McNally Handy & Partners.

In Blackrock, 21 Mount Merrion Avenue, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house, was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is seeking £750,000-plus (€952,303-plus).

Close by, a 140 sq m site on Mount Merrion Avenue with outline planning permission for a house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £275,000 (€349,177).

At 51 Avoca Park, a four-bedroom detached house was sold at auction for £650,000 (€825,329) through HOK Residential.

A four-bedroom detached house at 42 Waltham Terrace, Blackrock was sold after auction for over £450,000 (€571,382) by Lisney.

Still in Blackrock, 3 Grove Paddock, a five-bedroom detached property, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £830,000 (€1.05m).

A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 40 St Helen's Road, Booterstown, was sold at a Lisney auction for £535,000 (€679,309).

In Foxrock, Dublin 18, Harbourne on Torquay Road, a three-bedroom bungalow on 0.6 acres, made £1.12m (€1.42m) at a Lisney auction.

A six-bedroom detached house, Carezza at Old Bray Road, Shankill, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential, which is quoting £1.3m (€1.65m).

In Sandymount, 35 Claremont Road, a five-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn at £935,000 (€1.18m) and sold later for a higher figure through Bennetts.

At 51 Sandymount Avenue, a four-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn at £515,000 (€653,915) and sold later for over £555,000 (€704,704) by Sherry FitzGerald.

Douglas Newman Good is seeking £550,000 (€698,355) for a three-bedroom period terraced house at 56 Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, after it failed to sell at auction.

At 21 Ballsbridge Avenue, a three-bedroom townhouse was sold after auction for over the guide price of £350,000 (€444,408) according to Lisney.

Still in Ballsbridge, a two-bedroom apartment, 82 Ballsbridge Wood, was withdrawn by Lisney which is now quoting £872,500 (€1.10m).

In Donnybrook, 8 Carlisle Avenue, a four-bedroom midterrace house, was withdrawn at £400,000 (€507,895) and sold later for £500,000 (€634,869) by Vincent Finnegan.

A four-bedroom detached house, Errisbeg at 8 Stillorgan Road, Donnybrook, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking £1.6m (€2.03m).

A four-bedroom period house at 124 Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4, was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is quoting £795,000 (€1.009m).

In Dublin 2, a pre'63 six/ seven-bedroom mid-terrace house at 147 Pearse Street was sold at auction for £510,000 (€647,566) through JacksonStops.

Douglas Newman Good is seeking about £480,000 (€609,474) for 5 Knocknashee, a four-bedroom detached house in Goatstown, Dublin 14, following its withdrawal from auction.

North Dublin

A six-bedroom detached house at 60 Deerpark Road, Castleknock, Dublin 15, was sold at auction for £805,000 (€1.022m) through Lisney.

In Clontarf, Dun Mhuire at 340 Clontarf Road, Clontarf, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £810,000 (€1.028m).

Also on the Clontarf Road, number 424, a three-bedroom semi-detached property, was sold at a Gunne Residential auction for £426,000 (€540,908).

A four-bedroom end of terrace house at 144 Seafield Road East was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald.

Meanwhile at 38 Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf, a four-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £480,000 (€609,474).

A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 33 Sion Hill Road, Drumcondra, was sold after auction for over the guide price of £325,000 (€412,664) by Sherry FitzGerald.

In Skerries, a two-bedroom semi-detached house, Rostellon on Quay Street, was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £233,500 (€296,483).

Wicklow

A five-bedroom detached house on 0.33 acres, Culloden at Wyndham Park, Bray was withdrawn at £650,000 (€825,329) and sold later for a higher figure by Jackson-Stops.

A four-bedroom bungalow on an acre, Parknasilla in Newcastle, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential which is quoting £350,000 (€444,408).

Private Treaty in Dublin 4, a large detached six-bedroom Victorian house at 6 Sydney Parade Avenue failed to sell at auction, but sold two days later by private treaty for over £3m (€3.8m) through joint agents Lisney and Gunne Residential.

Lisney sold Abingdon, a four-bedroom detached bungalow on 0.6 acres at St Albans Park, Ballsbridge, for over £1.7m (€2.15m).

In Blackrock, 44 Avoca Park, a five-bedroom detached house, was sold by HOK Residential for about £700,000 (€888,816).

Lisney's Dun Laoghaire office has sold 8 Myrtle Park, Dun Laoghaire, a five-bedroom semidetached house, for around £330,000 (€419,013). The same agent secured about £200,000 (€253,947) for a two-bedroom cottage at 10 Mulgrave Street.

Commercial

The Fianna Fail Headquarters building at 13 Upper Mount Street in Dublin 2 was sold at auction for £2.35m (€2.98m) through McPeake Auctioneers.

In Dublin 5, The Horse and Hound pub in Artane was withdrawn at £2m (€2.5m) and is under negotiation through Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne.

In Lucan, Co Dublin, a site at 5 & 6 Beaumont was withdrawn at £1.015 (€1.28m) by RemaxGarden County.

In Arklow, Co Wicklow, a 3.5-acre development site on the Wexford Road was withdrawn at £900,000 (€1.14m) and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald-Myles Doyle.

Sherry FitzGerald O'Reilly withdrew The Thatch public house at Ballymore Eustace, Co Kildare at £2.1m (€2.6m).

In Co Meath, McCaffreys pub in Kells was withdrawn by joint agents T & J Gavigan and Morton and Flanagan at £425,000 (€539,638). It is currently under negotiation.
