Dublin 24: from €265,000:Show units go on view for the first time at a development beside Tallaght shopping centre, Dublin 24, where prices start at €265,000.
Twenty-five new apartments come to the market at Arena, a scheme of 240 apartments in an impressive building at the junction of Whitestown Way and the Tallaght bypass.
Developed by P Elliott and designed by RKD Architects, the scheme comprises eight blocks from two to six storeys.
The newly opened Arena Tower Hotel forms part of the scheme as does Woodies new flagship Irish store.
In all, 160 apartments have already sold off plans at Arena and buyers in the last phase, predominantly owner-occupiers, will soon be moving in.
To coincide with this launch a show unit will be open today and tomorrow, where selling agent Hooke & MacDonald will be taking bookings.
One-bedroom apartments with 43-53sq m (460-570 sq ft) are priced from €265,000. Two-bedroom 58-69sq m (625-740sq ft) apartments are from €330,000 and three-bedroom apartments with 75-106 sq m (805-1,140sq ft) of living space are priced from €380,000.
All apartments at Arena have balconies, some with great views of the Dublin Mountains.
Fit-out at Arena includes stylish wall and floor tiling in the bathroom, fitted wardrobes, oak doors and a timber deck balcony. Kitchens come complete with appliances and cream matt kitchen units and butcher-block style worktops. There is an underground car-park and landscaped residents gardens at podium level as well as private roof garden and terraces.
A number of smaller retail units are also incorporated into the development. Arena Leisure is due to open shortly and will incorporate a fitness centre, swimming pool and gymnasium.
A big selling point of Arena is the nearby Luas and shopping centre.
